Future Women in Fintech
Roxanne Jackson, head of recruiting, dreamed up a one-day program where we'd invite bright, ambitious female college sophomores and juniors from around the country—who are considering a career in fintech—to meet our incredible women at MarketAxess. This dream became a reality last week, and Roxanne shares her reflections on this successful event.
Elevate Program
We hosted a virtual two day program for students of color to expose them to opportunities in fintech and equip them with some of the key professional development skills they'll need as they begin their careers. The intern experience
